3. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@ovexa.io.

4. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. EU/EEA users have additional rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payments, AWS for hosting, and Cloudflare for CDN. Each has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

1. Use of Service

VexaTube is intended for lawful use only. You must be 13+ years old (or 16+ in EU/EEA) to create an account. Misuse of the platform may result in account termination.

2. Creator Content

By uploading content, you grant Ovexxa a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited: illegal content, hate speech, harassment, non-consensual intimate imagery, terrorism-related content, or content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

4. Revenue Sharing

Creator revenue is shared according to your plan. Ovexxa reserves the right to modify revenue share rates with 30 days notice. Payments are subject to minimum payout thresholds.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ovexxa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the past 12 months.
